Is your child, teen, or young adult struggling with emotional regulation, ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions? You may notice difficulties with focus, mood changes, frustration, or challenges managing school, relationships, or daily responsibilities. These experiences can affect confidence, emotional wellbeing, and overall functioning. Therapy provides a supportive and structured space to help young people better understand themselves and develop skills for lasting emotional balance.

I support children, teens, and young adults navigating ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and improving confidence in managing difficult emotions. This process helps young people feel more in control, develop resilience, and improve their ability to function at school, at home, and in relationships.

Therapy is collaborative, supportive, and adapted to each individual’s developmental needs. It provides a safe space to explore emotions, build practical skills, and support healthier emotional growth and long-term wellbeing.
