Are anxiety, depression, trauma, or ongoing stress making it difficult to feel like yourself again? You may feel emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward, especially when returning to work or managing the lasting effects of trauma. These experiences can impact your confidence, relationships, and overall sense of stability. Therapy offers a supportive space to understand what you’re experiencing and begin rebuilding a sense of balance and control.

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, and stress related to returning to work. Together, we focus on developing practical coping strategies, strengthening emotional resilience, and helping you feel more grounded in your daily life. This process can help reduce distress, improve emotional regulation, and support long-term healing and stability.

Therapy is collaborative and guided by your pace and goals. It provides space to process difficult experiences, build insight, and move toward greater confidence, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

My Approach

Lasting change can happen. Through therapy, you can gain coping skills, empower strengths, and escape the painful cycle of depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or an eating disorder. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other approaches, I’ll guide you in developing a calmer, more balanced mindset.

I know you’re in pain and struggling to solve problems on your own, but you are not alone! I will collaborate with you to enhance your mood, behaviours, problem-solving strategies, and relationships. Working together in online treatment through Healing Voices Psychotherapy, you can receive effective, empathetic, and tailored mental health support.
